Scottie D. Nguyen, BSCE – ENGINEER (CIVIL)

Mr. Nguyen received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University. During the beginning of his engineering career, he worked for County of San Diego, Traylor Pacific, Caltrans, and Dokken Engineering. He performed as a full time Engineer for Dokken Engineering, where he specialized in geometric, drainage design, and floodplain studies. Mr. Nguyen returned to Caltrans as a field engineer – structural construction for over 13 years and served as a Project Management Assistant for a $6 billion corridor project.

Mr. Phan received his Master’s degree in Civil Engineering  with Cum Laude honors from San Diego State University. Si employed with various municipalities including City of San Diego, County of San Diego, and City of Poway prior to joining our team

Si used to work on private land development project such as the $2 Billion Civita Park project, and CIP projects.
